Any items purchased from the OEM parts catalogue which were shown as not in stock and had to be ordered in are a special order item. There are no returns for special order, back order or electrical items.
If you wish to return products in their original packaging and in saleable condition, we may provide you with with either a credit to your name or a refund, less delivery fee.
Please contact us via customer support centre to obtain a return authority number as no returns can be accepted without one.
We will only provide you with a credit when we receive the return product. Return postage is at your expense.
